Karan Khatri Private Limited (KKPL) is a government and private general contractor and builder based in Pune. We also work on large-scale projects for general contractors and builders as a subcontractor across India and abroad. KKPL was previously known as Karsan Developers since year 2012 and traces its roots back to Bharat Constructions since year 1930. The present company was founded by Mr. Karan S. Khatri in year 2025 in Pune City, India, and since then we have continued delivering quality work on time and exactly as per specifications. Our original foundation was laid in year 1930 by Mr. Shivram Khatri under the name of Bharat Constructions from Baramati, India. Bharat Constructions was a Class I government contractor and executed a wide range of bridges, dams, roads, residential buildings, and commercial projects across India. Today, KKPL executes government infrastructure works such as elevated and ground service reservoirs, roads, pipelines, bridges, and dams, along with private construction projects including residential, commercial, and hospital developments. We remain open to serving new clients and building trustworthy long-term relationships.

Karan S. Khatri, the owner of KKPL, holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Sinhagad Institute of Technology under Pune University, completed in year 2007. He also earned a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, in year 2009, along with LEED AP certification in Green Building Design in the same year. He brings 17 years of experience in infrastructure and building construction across India and the United States after his graduation in year 2009.
